We have two apartment styles to choose from -

The rancher is 1440 sq ft on one floor. It has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. A two car garage is standard!

The townhouse is two stories and also 1440 sq ft. It has two bedrooms and one and a half baths. It has a one car garage.

We currently have a rancher available for rent.  Please give us a call or fill out an application.  Units do become available on a regular basis.

Ranchers:

    $845 a month for a 6 or 12 month contract

Townhouses:

    $795 a month for a 6 or 12 month contract
